ASA Microfinance Tanzania Limited (ASA Tanzania) was incorporated under the Companies Act 2002 (No. 93819) of Tanzania in September 2012. ASA Tanzania is a subsidiary of ASA International, one of the largest microfinance companies in the world. ASA Tanzania started operations in 2014.
WHO ARE WE
ASA Tanzania is a for-profit non-deposit taking microfinance institution, providing small, socially responsible loans for income-generating purposes to low-income, predominantly female entrepreneurs. They provide these loans using the ASA Model of microfinance.
